Graduated from the Faculty of Business and Commerce at Keio University in 2016. Miyakita joined Career Design Center Co., Ltd., where he worked as a recruitment agent specializing in the IT industry, providing both hiring support for companies and career support for candidates. Achieved significant results, including being named company-wide MVP and setting a record for the highest sales in the company’s history. Since 2020, he has served as a manager of the IT industry specialist team, overseeing a team of approximately five members while also being involved in sales planning and continuing his individual contributor role. His primary clients have included B2B IT companies such as system integrators (SIers), consulting firms, and SaaS companies. His recruitment achievements span a wide range of critical positions—not only specialized roles such as IT consultants and engineers but also executive positions including C-level roles and business leaders, as well as highly specialized back-office roles. Having consistently worked in the recruitment industry, he has witnessed numerous cases where hiring for key positions has directly led to fundamental transformation and significant growth for client companies. These experiences have shaped his belief that "human potential" is the most powerful driver of business growth. With a strong desire to contribute to corporate transformation and sustainable growth through the human capital perspective, he joined Genius Corporation in July 2025.
