経歴
2017年慶應義塾大学総合政策学部を卒業。
株式会社キャリアデザインセンターに入社し、ハイクラス領域に特化した採用支援、キャリア支援に関わる。2018年にはリクルート主催「GOOD AGENT AWARD 2018」にて金賞を受賞。その後、2023年に英国発の外資系人材紹介会社マイケル・ペイジにシニアコンサルタントとして転職。2024年11月には日本オフィスのMonthly Top Billersにも選出。
企業の新規事業立ち上げやDX内製化支援をテーマとし、コンサルティングファームやITベンチャーを中心に、事業の中核を担う人材の採用支援に従事。ベンチャー企業の部門責任者や営業執行役員といった、事業成長を牽引する幹部層の採用を数多く実現。
日系／外資、大企業／ベンチャーなど様々な会社の経営者と関わる中で、これまでのキャリアを活かしながら、より深く経営課題に入りこむエグゼクティブサーチに携わりたいと思い、2025年8月ジーニアス株式会社へ参画。
Profile
Akaiwa graduated from the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University in 2017.
Joined Career Design Center Co., Ltd., where Akaiwa specialized in high-class recruitment and career support. In 2018, Akaiwa was awarded the Gold Prize at the "GOOD AGENT AWARD 2018" hosted by Recruit.
In 2023, he transitioned to the UK-based global recruitment firm Michael Page as a Senior Consultant and was named one of the Monthly Top Billers at the Japan office in November 2024.
With a focus on supporting new business launches and in-house DX initiatives, Akaiwa has been engaged in recruitment for key positions, primarily for consulting firms and IT ventures. Akaiwa has successfully placed many executives who drive business growth, including department heads and executive officers at venture companies.
Having worked with a wide range of business leaders from both Japanese and global companies—ranging from large enterprises to startups—Akaiwa decided to leverage his experience and take a deeper dive into solving management challenges through executive search.
In August 2025, he joined Genius Inc.
