After graduating from high school in 2011, Arai moved to South Korea to study Korean from zero at the Department of English Literature,Myongji University. While attending university, Arai also participated as an intern at Naver Corp(Korea) using her Japanese/Korean/English skills in the translating application business. Arai now speaks native level Korean graduating from university, and joined IDOM Inc./Gulliver (used car sales business) as a new graduate in Japan. Arai engaged in retail/corporate sales and marked top sales out of all 550 national employees and has been assigned store manager the fastest. She has experienced 2 store managers in 3 years. Arai believes that business is based on human resources and willing to engage in the corporate fundamental issues from the HR consulting side . Arai joined Genius in Oct 2023, hoping to propose solutions to the above and also society facing globalization and declining birthrate and aging population problem.
