Hatanaka joined Nihon Seifun (currently known as NIPPUN CORPORATION),after graduating from Chiba University in 2010. He has engaged in executive sales to medium and small sized companies for 4 years.Through his experience, he encounters the importance of human resources in company management. In 2014, Hatanaka joined Intelligence (currently known as Persol Career) to start his career in the HR industry. He has dealt with recruiting issues of various companies sizing from a few employees upto hundred thousands, domestic and global. Hatanaka has assisted in hiring over 100 people/year for one of the biggest manufacturing companies in Japan. As for that he joined NISSIN FOODS HOLDINGS in 2018, where he successfully recruited over 300 employees for all sectors including sales, R&D, and senior executives.
