Shunsuke Mikami
After graduating Waseda University in 2006, Mikami joined Search Firm Japan, an executive search company based in Tokyo.
Mikami has been successful in recruiting senior executives and engineers in various fields including media, consulting, chemicals, energy materials, auto-motive industry, aerospace, and others, not only senior executives.
Yumiko Yamaguchi
After her experience at Bank of America and UBS (formally known as UBS Phillips and Drew) Research group both in Tokyo, she received her master`s degree at University of California, Los Angeles in 1990. She joined McKinsey & Company Tokyo Office and served clients in the area of healthcare and finance, as well as assisting foreign affiliated companies in Japan with their Japan entry strategies and product market strategies.
After Yamaguchi transferred to McKinsey’s Duesseldorf Office in 1996, she became a member of European Healthcare Practice, focusing on practice knowledge management and research.
After returning to Japan in 2002, Yamaguchi joined a start-up boutique consulting firm focusing on healthcare as a co-founder. In 2006 she established its US branch in Silicon Valley, further accelerating the business until 2010 when she came back to Japan and assumed a role as the head of business management/planning to help organize the internal structure of the company.
In August 2012, Yamaguchi joined Genius as a Senior Consultant.
Hiroichi Fukuda
Throughout his career at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), Fukuda was responsible in supporting projects with domestic private firms, and public/government sectors. Apart from the regular banking business, Fukuda was responsible in managing and directing affiliate companies of SMBC for more than 10 years of his career. He had played a key role in building the foundation of SMBC’s internet banking business. From April 2010 to March 2012, Fukuda served as corporate officer of SMBC, and then joined Genius in January 2013.
Noriaki Matsudaira
In 1972, Matsudaira joined Mitsui & CO. Ltd after graduating Keio University. His commitment in sales and investment at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. led Matsudaira to build 14 years of expertise knowledge in Mineral, Metal and Energy industry. 14 years of his career was spent overseas (Australia, New Zealand and South Africa) where he played key roles in starting up local projects including the Australian major coal mine project.
After his operations overseas, Matsudaira returned to Japan in 2006 and served on the Board of Auditors, the year in which new Japanese corporate laws were implemented. By strategically adjusting to new business standards such as SOX law and J-SOX law, Matsudaira further contributed to the company by managing the auditing team of over 50 affiliated groups. Meanwhile, he also served as manager of Public Interest Incorporated Association Japan Audit & Supervisory Board Members Association.
In October 2012, Matsudaira joined Genius, setting a perfect example of senior workforce.
Takayasu Hokusho
After graduating Waseda University, Hokusho joined Asahi Glass in 1977.
He was responsible for new product development of automotive glass and was assigned as a contact person for Japanese automakers specializing in product design and development of automotive glass and assembly parts.
In 1997 Hokusho was transferred to the US and in 2000, established an R&D center for automotive glass in the suburban area of Detroit, Michigan.He remained in the US and was appointed as the President of an automotive glass R&D subsidiary company in North America.In 2004, he was appointed as the head of global Quality Assurance Division of automotive glass. He was responsible for managing quality assurance and quality management of automotive glass and assembly parts. He was in charge of managing the quality of products produced in core regions including Japan/Asia, America and Europe.In 2012, Hokusho was assigned as the head of New Product Development Center where he was involved in creating and developing new glass related products for cars, buildings and other industries.
In November 2015, Hokusho joined Genius.
Kenji Koshiba
After Graduating from Meiji Gakuin University, Koshiba joined Macnica, Inc and started his career as a semiconductor sales representative. He was responsible for clients including leading electronic companies and was able to report annual individual sales of 2 Billion yen through his career of 6-years.
With cultivated knowledge of technical sales, and his sales experience with engineers, Koshiba pursued his career at Site Flight, Ltd. (currently known as Intelligence Executive Search) as a career consultant. For 5 years, he has served as a consultant/team manager specializing in industries such as semiconductors and IT.
In 2010, Koshiba joined Wall Street Associates (currently known as en world Japan K.K.) as a Senior Consultant specializing in the field of electronics, semiconductors, and built- in IT industries.
Koshiba joined Genius Corporation in Oct.,2016. With 11 years of experience as a recruitment consultant, Koshiba’s skillful talent in working consistently with both client and candidate will be an added value to Genius.
