ProfileAfter graduating Keio University in 2009, Otaka joined Mizuho Information and Research Institute, a Japanese firm which specializes in system integration, consulting and outsourcing. He was responsible for introducing and maintaining administrative systems for medical and health public corporations. In 2016, Otaka joined Accenture as an associate manager. He continued to focus on clients in the public sector in charge of major system developments and PMO roles. He was involved in the proposal and execution of work efficiency projects involving digitalization. Through supporting client needs, Otaka realized the importance of human resource: “Who, where and with whom” people work impacts the productivity and efficiency of a workplace.
